Waste Management – LUCIA Building

A further aspect taken into consideration is waste management during the construction phase as well as during the building’s use. The project includes a plan for studying all the waste generated during the building’s life-cycle, and the creation of compost from vegetable waste is also envisaged. Finally, the waste generated during future demolition of the building has also been studied with a view to securing the maximum possible recovery of the materials used.
