An Energy Assessment assesses and compares the options for complying with targets for new build against various data such as CO₂ savings, capital costs etc. If prepared as a feasibility study, it will present options for consideration or/ identify or recommend a proposed strategy for a project to ensure compliance with the current building regulations and council guidelines.
