I was delighted to be talking the Mitsubishi sales team at Head Office last week on how to increase their knowledge on building sustainability that will help boost their sales.

A wonderful group of people.

Top tips shared were:

• Watch out for the sustainability checklist that require very detailed heating system information
• Be aware that there is still some nervousness in the domestic market to let go of the inclusion of a boiler together with an Air Source Heat Pump
• Some councils have greater demand for a reduction in CO2 emissions than others

I am also thrilled to announce that our talks regarding building regulations Part L and Part G can count for CPD hours for RIBA and RICS members.
